In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Fallon Caroline Heater of Perry on a charge of public intoxication. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Jessica Lea Duong of Jefferson, violation of protective order; Sirjohn Daniels Wilder of Jefferson, public intoxication and interference with official acts; Yarelis Michelle Oquendo Soto of Jefferson, domestic abuse assault; and Danielle Lynn Schofield of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree.
